Yes.

You do not need to have anything figured out before reaching out.

Many people arrive overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure how to explain what is happening. Part of the process is helping you work through that safely and practically.


🌿 Is this therapy?

No.

This is practical, supportive, real-life focused work — not therapy or clinical treatment.


🌿 Do I need a diagnosis?

No.

Support is based on your real-life experiences and difficulties, not whether you have formal paperwork.


🌿 What if I don’t know what support I need?

That’s completely okay.

Many people start there.

We can work together to understand what feels difficult, what may be contributing, and what support could help.


⚙️ Can you help with Access to Work?

Yes.

This can include:

  • applications
  • understanding adjustments
  • identifying support needs
  • implementation support

💷 How much does support cost?

Costs vary depending on the type and level of support needed.

Everything is discussed clearly before work begins.
