🌿 Welcome — I’m Michelle Shaw
Sustainable work requires sustainable conditions — for individuals, leaders, and the systems around them.
I work at the intersection of neurodivergence, capacity, and real-world systems — supporting people when life or work becomes too much to hold.
When demand exceeds what someone can carry, things begin to break down.
Not because of a lack of capability —
but because what’s around them no longer fits.
My work focuses on stabilising that point.
Through advocacy, practical structure, and capacity-aware support, I help people regain clarity, restore stability, and move forward in a way that actually holds.
🧭 How I Work
Support is available across three areas, depending on where you are right now:
🌉 Accessible Advocacy
When systems feel overwhelming or inaccessible
⚙️ Sorted + Supported
When life or work becomes too much to hold
🎧 Mischemix Academy
When confidence, identity, or expression needs rebuilding
🌱 A Different Starting Point
My work is shaped by lived experience of late diagnosis, burnout, and rebuilding life and work in a way that actually fits.
That experience now sits alongside structured, practical support — helping others navigate similar challenges with clarity, dignity, and sustainable pacing.
