In-depth support (full day – 6 hours)
Best for system builds, digital form setup, automation, deeper operational work, or on-site support.

Half-day and full-day support are billed at fixed rates, agreed in advance, so there are no surprises.

Block of hours support
Flexible support you can draw on as needed, without starting from scratch each time.

  • 4-hour block – for short bursts of support or follow-up work

  • 10-hour block – for steady progress, implementation, or ongoing improvements

Blocks can be used across reviews, setup, problem-solving, and refinement, and are typically billed in advance to keep things simple and predictable.

Ongoing support
For businesses and organisations that want a trusted operational partner — supporting staff confidence, system upkeep, and continuous improvement over time.
Billed monthly or via an agreed block of hours, depending on what fits best.

Available in person or remotely.
Any travel or setup costs are agreed in advance.
