Human-centred support for neurodivergent adults — bridging people and the systems around them.
Welcome
People usually engage privately or through referral.
If that suits you, you’re welcome to get in touch.
I help adults feel safe and heard — and support them to begin and belong again.
Everyone works differently, and not everyone can show up in the ways systems expect.
I tailor my support to how each adult sees the world, thinks, and processes information. I help people engage in ways that genuinely fit them — advocating alongside them until they’re able to advocate for themselves, in a way that honours how their brain, body, heart, and inner world work together.
I support adults including:
-
🧠✨ Late-identified neurodivergent adults
-
🤍🗝️ Women who have been spoken over, managed, or decided for
-
🔥➡️🌱 People rebuilding after burnout, power imbalance, or loss of control
-
🪢✨ Those still pulled by expectations, roles, or unseen pressures
-
⏳✨ Anyone carrying the quiet belief that they’re “behind” or have somehow failed
There’s no performance here — just room to breathe and begin again.
Hi, I’m Michelle. I blend lived experience with practical systems and digital clarity. My role is to slow the pace, reduce noise, and support decisions that feel steady, safe, and genuinely yours to make.
I don’t chase or push. I don’t judge or fix. I work slowly and intentionally.
I value clarity, pacing, and consent over performance, and I work in ways that respect nervous systems — at every age and stage.
This is a place to breathe, regulate, and steady yourself — and to rebuild gently, in ways that honour who you are now and who you’re becoming.
However overwhelm shows up — in your body, your mind, or your inbox — we’ll meet it together.
Each path is a different route back to clarity: less noise, more steadiness, one step at a time.
Work with Me
Advocacy, Access & Stability
For neurodivergent adults who need clearer communication and steadier support when systems become hard to navigate.
I provide advocacy coaching, life-transition guidance, and practical support with forms and online processes — particularly for those navigating late-identified neurodivergence, unemployment, or long-term sickness.
Referrers often contact me when calm, consistent support is needed to help someone be heard and move forward.
Clarity, Systems & Support
or neurodivergent business owners who want their operations to run more smoothly, stay aligned with their values, and actually get things completed on time — without adding complexity or more tools.
I help prevent lost income and late payments, reduce delays, and free up time and capacity by fixing the operational gaps that quietly create stress. This includes improving enquiry-to-payment flows, streamlining sign-ups, and introducing simple, reliable automation that fits how you work.
The result is clearer processes, better flow, and systems you can run with confidence and ease.
Creative Confidence & Expression
For individuals seeking a gentle way back to confidence, presence, and self-expression, I offer support through music, movement, and voice — in calm, flexible, neurodivergent-affirming spaces.
I work with community-led and educational organisations to design psychologically safe, inclusive environments that increase engagement, reduce drop-outs, and support completion across tasks, projects, and courses — online and in person.
Together, we support a gentle return to participation — helping people reconnect with expression, passion, and enjoyment, without pressure to perform or contort themselves to fit.
