💛 Practical Questions
How long does support last?
Support is purpose-led and time-aware.
We stay alongside someone for as long as support is genuinely helpful.
Where funding or capacity limits exist, we are open about this and plan next steps together.
Our aim is confidence and sustainable independence, not dependency.
Do you work with families?
Our primary role is supporting the adult individual.
We may include family where the person wishes and consents.
Do you support self-diagnosed neurodivergent adults?
Yes.
A formal diagnosis is not required.
What if I don’t know what I need yet?
That’s okay.
Part of our role is helping you figure that out.
💷 Payment & Fees
How much does support cost?
Costs depend on the type of support, length of involvement, and whether work is funded through schemes such as Access to Work, self-funded, or commissioned by an organisation.
We are always transparent about fees and discuss options before any work begins, so there are no surprises. You’re welcome to ask about what might be possible.
Do you offer funded or supported places?
Sometimes.
Where funding or sponsored places are available, this will be discussed openly. Availability varies depending on partnerships and current resources.
Can I self-fund support?
Yes.
Some people choose to self-fund advocacy or coaching. When this happens, fees and boundaries are agreed in advance so expectations are clear.
What if I’m worried about affordability?
You’re welcome to ask.
We understand finances can be a barrier and will be honest about what is possible. If we are not the right fit financially, we may suggest other options where appropriate.
