This is relational support and steady presence — a quiet space between doing and unravelling.
No fixing.
No pressure.
No performance.
Just somewhere softer to land.
Who this space is for
This is for the days when:
• your system feels overloaded
• you’re tired of “coping”
• you can’t think straight, but still need to function
• you’re in transition (diagnosis, burnout, identity shift, work or family stress)
• you don’t know where to start — you just need somewhere safe to begin
You don’t need the right words.
You don’t need a plan.
Just a willingness to be met where you are.
How it works
Daily check-ins (Monday–Friday)
You can send one short check-in per day using Voxer or WhatsApp (voice note or text).
Even 30 seconds is enough.
You might message about:
• what’s loud in your head today
• what you’re avoiding and why
• what you need help deciding
• what would make today 5% easier
• what you need permission to stop doing
I respond in a calm, grounded way within agreed reply windows.
I do not monitor messages outside these windows.
Optional live touchpoint
Some people find a short call helps them reset, untangle something, or plan next steps.
One optional 30-minute call per month is included — used when it’s genuinely helpful, never obligatory.

Boundaries & safety
This service is non-crisis support.
Messages are responded to during agreed windows, Monday to Friday.
If you need urgent or emergency help, local services should be used.
This protects both your safety and mine — and keeps the space steady.

What is Voxer?
Voxer lets you send voice messages instead of typing.
You press a button, speak like leaving a voicemail, and we each listen and reply when ready.
It’s private, simple to use, and ideal if typing feels slow — or if your voice carries what words can’t.

Steady, gentle support for when life feels like too much — without the pressure of weekly appointments.

• Up to 5 short check-ins per week (Monday–Friday)
• One calm response per day within agreed reply windows
